                          In the storys My Antonia and "Once Around Manhattan" have friendships that are very strong. The friendships between them are very similar. Here are some examples of their friendships.

                           In the the story My Antonia, Antonia and Jim they have a strong friendship. It's more of a relationship. They are very happy/cheerful and working. They do all there w0rk together. They do every thing together. They watch the stars together, they work together, they talk all the time, and they also sat on the top of the chicken coop and watched the rain and the clouds.. They also walk together doing the same job together, they share memories together. They expeirience every thing together. They're like family.

                          In "Once Around Manhattan", Gina and Soo-Hyung also have a very strong friendship. They both went to  the same camp. In that camp they were the only girls so they were always together in every activity. They were going canoeing. They were buddys. They shared memories, they shared thoughts.                           

                           The things that are similar in both of their friendships are:   

1. They share memories.
2. They are always together.
3. They share thoughts.
4. And they expierienced every thing together.

                            Jim and Antonia have a very strong friendship and relationship, and  Gina and Soo-Hyung have a  very strong friendshipsand relationship.  And those were some similarities of both friendships and relationships.

Practice Test

The friendship between Jim and Antonia in My Antonia are very similar to the friendship with Gina and Soo-Hyung in Once Around Manhattan. Jim and Antonia is a story about two families in the 19th-century living in Nebraska.The Shimerdes are a family that lives next to the Burdens. They are Bohemian immigrants. Mr.Shimerda dies, so his oldest daughter, so Antonia goes to work on the Burdens farm. Gina and Soo-Hyung are to girls that are friends. They are going to go paddling about Manhattan Island. They were challenged to get there first because Mr.Kravitz was being rude to them by saying "you laddies feeling strong."

In both of those stories there friendships are similar. One way Jim and Antonia are similar to Gina and Soo-Hyung is that both of them are always together with each other. For example they would go to the garden early in the morning to get vegetables. An example of how Gina and Soo-Hyung were always together is how they went paddling together threw Manhattan Island.another example of how there friendships are similar is that both of them were close to each other they would share personal information. One example is when they were paddling Gina shared her background about how that was the bridge she played on by her grandmas house. In conclusion this is how both of the people are simler in there friendships.

Pg.202 Question 1

The Erik Fisher Football Dream is the dream of Erik and his dad. Erik wants to be a football player awhen he grows up and so does Erik's dad(but for Erik to be a football player not him).  The Dream influences the interactions of the family by making his dad go and look at feilds and good collages with a good football team. So Erik and his dad are not really there all the time. The Fisher family is like my friend Cassidy's family. Cassidy and her sister do alot of sports and it takes up all her time and there time. They are so into the sports they play. She plays four sports. Her family is really commited to sports. She has no time for friends or any thing actually.
