Practice test FINAL

         From the story "My Antonia" to the story of "Once around Manhattan", many things relate to each other. There is a great relationship between Jim and Antonia. Also there is relation between Gina and Soo-Hyung. Both of these relations relate in many ways.

       The relation between Jim and Antonia is very close. They both stay together all of the time. In the story it states that Antonia and Jim went to the garden every morning to get vegetables for dinner. This shows that they both liked to be together. Also in the story it stated that Antonia and Jim went outside on the roof to look at the clouds. There is a special relation between Antonia and Jim. They are the kind of people that always like to stay together and the kind of people that stick up for each other.

         There is also a close relation with Gina and Soo-Hyung. They both also stay together. In the passage it states that they both told each other storys about their past. In the story it also stated that they both helped each other. They both said "We can do it" when they were exhausted from paddling the boat. This showed that they persuaded each other.

           Antonia's relation with Jim relates to With Soo-Hyung relation with Gina. These relations relates to each other in many ways. Firstly, both people in both relations stuck up for each other. Secondly, both people with both relations always stay together. Gina's always satyed with eachother in the passage and as did Jim and Antonia. Lastly, both of the people in both relations did fun things together. Both people in both relations did fun things together.

       In conclusion both relations had similar things in common. Both relations were similar in many ways. There are also many other ways that they are both similar that i have not stated

Answer to Q.6

I disagree with question 6 because I don't think it would be fair to not be friends with someone just because he/she is richer, fancyer than someone who is poorer or less fancyer. For example if Donald Trumh lived across the street from you and he was in a huge mansion but you were in a little shack that doesn't mean you two can't be friends. Just because someone doesn't look as great as someone else doesn't mean they can't hang out. You never know if someone less than you is mad cool to hang out with or funny.

    I disagree that economic differences between friends cause problems and that people from different economic backgrounds cannot be friends. I disagree because I have friends with economic differences and I have never had a problem about it.  I also think that we should be friends with all kinds of people. I am friends with all kinds of people and I have no problems with them. This question can have people that agree and people that disagree but I definitely think that economic differences should have absolutely no problems with people.

Gathering Blue question #3

    In Kira's world, children are sometimes abused or neglected. An example of the kids sometimes being abused or neglected is when Kira whispered into the keyhole of Jo and Jo got frightened and said she was good girl. Another example is with the tykes, they aren't given showers and they're dragged around. Matt got neglected and abused by his mother. An example of him being abused or neglected was when his mom hit him with a rock. He also doesn't get fed and sometimes has to find food or either gets fed by Kira.When Matt was not with his mother Kira usaully took care of him. Like I said before Kira fed him and even gave him baths, so any he's been with he wasn't taken care of besides when he was taken cared of by Kira.

   Matt being abused influences his personality because it seemed liked he respected the ones who took care of him(Kira) and the way hes changed was because after he ran away from his mom he sort of wanted to be more independent or wanted to act like more of a man. Like the time he wanted to go on the hunt but he wasn't allowed to. Another time he was when he ran away. It seemed like he was growing up( not literaly) because he was gone for 2 to 3 days I think and he was out all on his own. Also he is loyal to Kira because he is always by her side and when he was gone he was only gone because he was getting Kira the two gifts for her and by doing that he was being risk taking for being in the forest for so long.

Question number 4 FINAL

    Vandara is an antagonist in the story Gathering Blue. Through out the village "People whispered about her. She was known and respected. Or feared." She is a surely leader of the village, but the question remains whether she is respected as much as she is feared. 

    There are many examples of Vandara's interactions with the women of the village illustrated that the women fear her. Some of these include Kira fearing Vandara because she has to move out of her cott because Vandara needs it. It is said in the book " We don't want you here, the women said. You don't belong in the village anymore. Your worthless, with that leg." These small sentences show how Kira and the women feared Vandara because she wanted her to leave the village. Also another reason why it looked like Kira and the women were scared of Vandara was that Vandara said that if she wont leave death can occur. It showed that Vandara really wanted Kira to leave.

    There are few examples of Vandara's  interactions with the women of the village illustrated that the women respected her. One of these examples are that the women agreed with what Vandara had to say about Kira getting kicked out of her village. The women respected Vandara because Vandara was a very mean person and they did not want to be harmed.

   
    Vandara who is being feared can be respected because maybe the people that respect Vandara do not want to get hurt.  We can say that the women don't always agree with Vandara's choices. There are many examples that support this. Firstly, the women did not agree on some of the choices that Vandara made. The women did not agree with Vandara regarding Kira's fate. The women wanted Kira to be treated differently.  There are also many other examples to why the women did not  agree with Vandara's decisions. 

    Vandara is a leader. The kind of leader she is can be seen in her actions and her relationship to others. When you read about Vandara, you can tell how her personality is. You can even imagine how she looks. She is a type of person that does not care about anyone but her self. She is one who opposes and contends against another.

Magical Power

                                                          Freezing Power

If I had the power to freeze. I could do anything. Like if somebody is bothering you can freeze them and they can't bother

you.

Lets say you wanted to get back at somebody you could trip them by spraying a patch of ice on the floor so they can trip. This power can also be used for if you wanted to skate just spray ice and there you go you have your own ice skating rink.

This power also comes in handy when you want to make something colder like instead of going to the freezer  you can just make the cup colder.

This power also allows you to shoot ice balls and spray mist of ice.

It also allows you to glide in the air like if you remember bobby from xmen he coud glide in the air by making rows of ice in the air to skate in the air.

This power is also great for cops to catch crinimals. Like if a crinimal is trying to run away from a police officer could ice his feet to the ground or if a police officer is in a car chase he could ice the tires to the ground.

If your one of the guys who work in the grocery store you could just freze the meat instead of putting it in the freezer.

If your working in the cemetery when somebody dies you freeze them. Another thing is that when you have a fever you can lower the temperature of the fever with ice.

As you all may know in the blood banks to keep the blood fresh they have to freeze it. To me the best thing about this power is that you can make it snow anytime and any place in the world.

Imaginary Magical Power Final

      There are many talents that I have that make my imaginary magical power. Some of my talents include my running skills, jumping skills and my lying skills. These skills will all help me fulfill my imaginary magical power. The magical power that I have chosen would be being invisible.

        My running skills help me being invisible. For example, I am in a private room where someone can notice that I am in the room. If that would happen I would use my running talent to run away. My running talent will also help me in other ways.  Some of these other ways would be me running away from the police. I would be running away from the police because the police would find me being invisible.

       My jumping skills will also help my invisibility. For example, I am in a room where I am invisible and in that room there are a lot of people. If a person was to be walking and did not notice me and was going to go through me, I would jump so the person would not hit me. My jumping skills will also help me in many other ways.

        Lastly, my lying skills will help me a lot if  I was to be invisible. My lying skills will help me in many ways.  Some of these ways include me lying about my magical powers.      

    In conclusion I would like to say that the way that I am right now is better than being invisible.  I would like being invisible for a short period of time but I would hate to have it for the rest of my life.

   

   

MAGICAL ART

     I have a talent of drawing well. So if I were to have magical powers based on my talents my magical power would be having the ability to make all my drawings come to life or make it become real. I would also have the ability to draw the kinds of powers I want and absorb it and have those powers. But they would only stay for as long as up to 12 hours. The way my powers work is first I would take a pen or anything else to draw with, then I would get a piece of paper or anything else I can draw on. After that, I would draw anything I want and it would literaly jump out and become real. So if I were to draw a person it would come out and it would look like a real human to. Also if were to draw a figure with super speed all I would have to do is touch the drawing and the power I drew would become mine.

     I first discovered my powers when I was 7, and while I was doodling at home I drew a lizard that had to legs and it immediatly jumped out and started to snarl at me. I was terrified and then my mom came running in and took a heavy dictionary and smacked the lizard and when she removed the book it looked all gooey. That was the night when my mom told me about my abilities. My mom said my ansestors passed down a hole line of magical abilities. My uncle has the magical ability to absorb energy from any thing electric and since my mom can sing really well she has sonic yell and can sing people to sleep. I remmember one time someone kept bothering me in class and I got really angery and drew a figure with the power of air control and when I absorbed the powers I kept blowing his papers off his desk all over the room. The next day I got detention because the kid said that I was moving his papers. I dont know how the teacher believed him but I still had fun in detention. In detention I had to write something... I forgot but I wasn't the one writing. I drew a michanical pen that would write anything I wanted it to write. So I was done before the other students. Usually I don't use my abilities to cause trouble only if someone makes me mad so if you ever see me use my abilities don't be afraid I'm one of the good guys ( but I'm not a superhero though).
